Bata India Ltd - Harassment by giving overtime work

Mein bata India me work karta tha teamlease /ikkya ke dwara. Bata dwara ye contractor hai jo bahali karbati hai. Bata inhe per acche paise dete hai. Bata ** hours work karbati hai aur contrector * hour ke hi paise dete hai. Salary bata India banati hai phir contractor humlogo ko deti hai. Mein bahut salo se work kr raha tha dailyworker ke roop me phir mera teamelease me hua store me officer ne hame dhakke mar ke nikkal diya kaha ki tumne chori kiya. Ye baat store manager se bhi bola ki ye banda chor hai. Lekin us din cash ***% mila tha. Nikale jane ke baad me ** month's paglon ki tarah ghumta raha. Yeh ** months ka harzana with overtime hme milna chahiye. Phir ** months ke baad mera joining nalanda jila hua waha bhi mere sath store manager new hamse resion likhwa ke jabran nikal diya kaha ki jaan se maar denge. Mein bahut hi gareeb ladka hoon mujhe insaff chahiye. Ye sab ka jimmebar mr.partha banerjee with md.mahtab alam hai.
