Flipkart - Harassment at the hands of flipkart wrong mobiel phone delivered

I placed an online order for purchase of Nokia X*-** model mobile phone and paid rupees **** plus as advance payment. Flipkart delivered model X*-** which was not as per my requirement. since the recevied item model X*-** was not acceptable to me, I immediately informed for replacement for correct model item X*-** which in reply confirmation received from flipkart that correct model X*-** will be delivered by **th May. Since the item was not received by the committed date, another delivery date confirmation received from flipkart that item will be delivered by *th June. Instead of getting material mobile phone model x*-** now flipkart has confirmed that this model will be delivered by **th June, ****.
Such false commitments by flipkart has put me in such a embarrassing situation that I have left with no other option but to initiate legal action against flipkart.
