Nykaa - Half order delivered

Cheated by false promise

Due to an ongoing offer, I ordered Innisfree products worth ₹**** from Nykaa as it was a good deal and I was getting much more value for ₹**** due to the two free items ( * masks free and a full trial kit free). I would not have ordered it otherwise. They promised to deliver * free products, * from innisfree and one my nykaa birthday gift. But Nykaa selectively sent it in two shipments, all free items in one shipment and the paid for item in the other. They then cancelled the free item shipment from their end without providing any details for the same. Feeling betrayed by this I raised a return for the product (₹****) and I didn’t get any reply on my mail for the same. Spending half an hour on chat requesting them to either return the product or refund my full money or send me the free items, they have AGAIN asked me to wait for **-** hours despite the fact that I told them my mails haven’t been replied to. Wasted my hard earned money being a student on a year long investment for my skin on a brand that has done this multiple times. I am committed that I will not purchase from Nykaa ever but I need my hard earned money back (****).
