NO BROKER PACKERS AND MOVERS - Half of the package not delivered lost

I have booked no broker packers and movers to shift on Sep * ****. In my booking I have clearly clarified it is a small lane so need small vehicle. From the initial itself they have created problem sending big vehicle which was not able to enter into the lane. They have agreed that they will walk and drop the things inside the house with two trips. While bringing the glass top dining table they have broken the glass top table and asked sorry. Now we have started realising our ** percent of the bronze vessels , steel vessels clothes and bags are not available. We called to one of the person who did shifting. He said he will check in office room and get back. Again we called him within half an hour he said nothing was there. Request to check this immediately and sort this out
