Zomato - Hairs in pizza delivered company denied refund or even no action taken

Worst quality of hygiene. Pizza delivered had onion top peels, just as if cooked in hurry. Hair strands found in pizza slices. I immediately clicked photos & within ** minutes of delivery, logged complaint to zomato over email. Also called restaurant. All seem to ignore customer. This is the level of customer health concern ignorance in delivery services.

Heights of shamelessness is that at last the zomato denied any refund.

I need to file complaint against this company who has been treating since last few years the customer as idiots.
