I bought these earbuds on **-**-** and it's been only * months I have started getting battery problems like very less battery backup and I tried to complaint on their website it was terrible experience I tried to complaint they first asks you to watch a video before registering complaint but when u watch it just keeps on slow buffering and u can't see the video or complaint and I even tried to call them but thats just a bot which repeats only certain things
