Sushil Kumar filed complaint against GTPL on Feb 2, 2021
I requested offline to shift my broadband connection on **th January **** and engineer said it will be done in * days.
But it was not done so on **th I raised a request on customer care they said it will take * days meanwhile my current live location was sent to local office.
Again it was not done and my work got hampered so I had to recharge with Data on Mobile.
The connectivity on mobile is not so good so my daily office calls was breaking down automatically and it effected a lot to me.
On *nd February I called again they said to wait for some time but no one said how much, just was keep saying some time, some time.....
I paid annual subscription well in advance in October month, that time I shared the same thing that I will require to get shifted my connection in January. So the executive said just inform us * days before we will get it done in ** max hours.
Now I am completly fed up of this I want full refund of annual charges + te mobile recharge done because of their failure.
If i include my mental damaging issue, the company would be able to bear that.
But I am asking to return *k asap so I can avail another broadband services.
