I have a complaint regarding extreme bad service from GTPL. We have paid an amount of Rs **** via Gpay ( receipt is attached) on ** May ****, for which connection is not done till today. There * ids made for the same one connection we want- User id : BB**********; BB********** & BB**********, not sure what is going on. We have been chasing the customer care team, but no proper response from them, they do not provide any timeline for broadband connectivity. I have mailed to email address (yoursupport@gtpl.net) several times, and I only receive auto generated mail.
I just want a refund of my amount paid ( I have already requested this on an email sent to GTPL customer care several times) , as I do not want any service from GTPL. I am already frustrated and it has taken a lot of time and energy to reiterate the same issue, talk daily to customer service, agent and mail them.
