I HAVE DONE PAYMENT IN THE MONTH OF MAY **** AFTER ASKING FOR ASSURED SERVICE FROM THE SALES PERSON I.E. * TO ** WORKING DAYS NOW YOU CAN CALCULATED THE DATE AS OF TODAY NO ONE IS TAKING COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ASKING ME TO CALL SALES PERSON AS BEFORE INSTALLATION NO ONE IS OUR CUSTOMER THOUGH THEY HAD PROVIDED MY RECEIPT OF RS ****/- !!!!!!!!!!!
SALES PERSON SAYS
" THIS COMPANY HAS LOT MORE WORK EVERYDAY THAN YOUR INSTALLATION WAIT FOR THAT AND JUST CUTS THE CALL ......
AFTER THAT SALES PERSON IS NOT ANSWERING CALL AND GTPL'S SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS NOT TAKING THE COMPLAINT AND DO UNDERSTAND THE FACT THERE IS NO NODEL OFFICER IN THE GTPL OR APPELLATE AUTHORITY THERE ARE ONLY CUSTOMER CARE TELE-CALLERS WITH A SHORT TERM CONTRACT WHO ARE EXECUTIVES - NODEL OFFICERS.....
I AM SUFFERING FROM A GREAT FINANCIAL LOSS WITH DEPRESSION....
I SUGGEST ALL NOT AT ALL TAKE ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM GTPL IS YOU WANT MENTAL PEACE.
