Despite giving gst details prior to booking, dear MMT, you did not give me a gst Invoice. My invoice shows the booking cost but shows igst and sgst as *% (attached). Initially, I thought it was just for my stay at Aalankrita Resort, Hyderabad. The same happened with my stay at Banasura Resort, Wayanad. Don't understand why gst was not charged on two top rated * star resorts in the locality. Despite having both gstin on the invoice.

Been more than a week since I've been chasing MMT, no response. Is this really the quality of service a listed company and top hospitality partner in India provides for its customers?
