Nobroker com - Grievance regarding Relax plan purchased through nobroker

I purchased no broker relax plan on **.**.**** for Rs.****. During subscription they said they have ***+ properties matching my requirements. Later no one even contacted me for few days post subscription'. I kept a mail asking for property suggestions since **.**.**** but all I used to get only auto generated mails. Now when subscription is expired they are calling me and saying that only partial amount can be refunded. They just wasted my time and money. Also they further wasted my time and money by suggesting properties which was not even **% of my requirement. Many owners were not responding. They just lie to us about the plans right from start to end.
