VARUN DODA filed complaint against Asus India on Aug 16, 2019
I have an Asus graphic card purchased on Dec *, ****. I have faced an issue in this and gave it to the service centre for repair. I did this twice but they gave me the defective part twice. I am *** km away from Delhi and already spent **** for visit of Delhi regarding this service issue.
Today I talked to customer care of Asus and also with service centre Delhi but they said they have no solution for this. They said come again and deposit this part again. Let me know how this issue will be resolved.
