I booked a ticket for myself, my wife and my child from New Delhi to Winnipeg via Dubai, France , Calgary. This journey includes two separate tickets. One of my friend booked the same ticket from other agency. One day he told me that this journey requires terminal change at CDG airport that may require Schengen visa. This turned our life upside down as GotoGate never told me about this while booking. Even just for an example to see, I tried to book the same ticket again for same date on GotoGate and still it does not say there is terminal change in this journey. I talked with Emirates and they said my they cannot let us board from New Delhi which means this ticket is useless. I tried to contact GotoGate they keep saying me talk to airline. Airline has nothing to do with this as airline said it’s all on agency. My huge money is on stake. My wife who is a brain Cancer patient she is so depressed after losing our hard earned money. I am constantly trying to contact GotoGate to request them to combine this both tickets under one itinerary but in vain.
