i have purchased the vu led tv ** inch including * years warranty from flipkart. tv screen panel has gap between panel and frame. if you touch it entire screen is going back. so in the first attempt, i got the replacement which was also having same problem. in the description in flipkart nowhere it is mentioned that screen will have gap. replacement product also having the gap between frame and Led panel. dust and other particle can enter and damage inner component. no other branded tv has such gap I have checked for many showrooms.
Please help me to get the refund from flipkart.
please let me know if anything need from my end.
