I am from hoshiarpur,punjab. ** nov i order lg q* from Amazon on ** November i got my package immediately i open it then i and delivery boy see there are soap bars at place of smartphone. i call Amazon customer care but i am not satisfied with them it is my first month job then i purchase it.please help me to get my smartphone back or get refund ..thanks
