Dear concerned,I moved to Colive *** Freeport on Feb *,****. The time I moved in ,there was no wifi, no power backup,no cctv,no geyser,no shower . I asked for legal agreement for * months lockin was not shared.
I tried complaining multiple times but there was no response.
The wifi and geyser was given when I referred some people to the property owner.And power backup,shower ,cctv is not given yet from last * months.
Therefore after facing these issues from so much time,I asked Gaurav Singh from operations or finance team to check me out ,he said by *th you stay if issues is not resolved pay for * days and checkout.But on *th when I asked him he said wait and today on *th ,he is asking me to pay for ** days and separation charge ,then only he will check me out or he will take legal action and he was very rude with the way of handling the issue.
There are other facilities also which was promised by sales person which were not provided.
I had already raised the matter on escalation room, service ticket,with different Operations manager,but there was no reply.The sales person doesn't reply after taking payment.After posting on LinkedIn one day my issue was resolved and on the app itself some agent said to ignore any invoice. But after * months today I received legal agreement stating to pay around ₹***** and ₹***** for legal notice.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
