Amazon - Got damaged product and amazon is not replacing the item

I ordered a induction cooker of prestige company from amazon of Rs. ****/- but when I received it , it is little broken from one side and just then within ** minutes of dilevery I contact customer support of Amazon and describe my whole situation and the executive that side is convinced and he ordered a replacement of the product but when the person came with the replacement he refuses to give me the replacement and told me to select the return option for that item . Since then I contacted the customer care * times but they also not find any option on website regarding return of item . Now, I am thinking of going to consumer court. As I have recordings of all the calls of customer service executive.
