I got a very haevily damaged neckband which is tored out at the band part of the product . The wires have a black coating of dirt and dust around it and the the silicon tips that are attached to the eartip are also of mismatch pair .
The complete product is not geniune as i have order realme buds wireless pro which have anc but this delivered product does not have any button of anc on the stem part which should be there in the original one .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
