Hi sir / madam,
I have ordered chicken wings biriyani from a restaurant through Swiggy last night but surprisingly I have received cockroach biriyani. I have spoke to customer support team regarding this but the response from them was so disappointing. The price of the order was *** RS but I don’t know how they calculated they offered me ** RS coupon may be if I got * cockroaches I may get full refund but the matter is not about the coupon this is very unfair that to treat a customer like this even I told them I am very unsatisfied with the response but they ended the chat in middle. I don’t want anyone to face such situations in further. I hope the required action will be taken.
