I initially booked my tickets on **** and was supposed to travel on April ****, due to the pandemic i paid extra **,*** to reschedule it to October ****, after that the pandemic was still there and moved it to december ****. This time the airline itself has cancelled my ticket and I dont even know what is the status of my ticket. When i ask makemytrip customer care they are telling to check with airline, when checking with airline they are telling to check with makemytrip. I am completely stuck as i am not sure when my money will be refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
