Bought a HP Laptop HP Laptop **s-fq****TU i*|**th Gen|*GB|***GBSSD+**GBOptane|**.* inch|W**+MSO|INT Graphics|Jet Black from Tata Cliq, order number: *********, and the same got delivered in * days' time. When I configured the laptop, was shocked to see the warranty period was only for ** months, against the claim of ** months!
This clearly means, the laptop was opened and configured earlier as well and the warranty clock started from the day it was opened earlier.
I have been speaking to several Tata Cliq representatives in last * week but failed to get a resolution here. Evwry time I call/email them, there is a resolution time of ** hrs that is being asked and there is no revert from them!
Further, to my disappointment, today when I spoke to the executive from electronic returns team, (Akshata), I was told to approach HP service center (after * weeks of follow up), to get a job sheet without which they won't entertainmy request. If there is a purchase happening from an ecommerce portal, why should customer run around for these documents. on top of this, she hung the phone on my face!
Such a ridiculous response by the TQ team. My first ever shopping experience with them and the worst experience I ever had. Strongly discourage people to buy from Tata Cliq
