I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart on **th of march **** and i got delivered on **th of March **** but there is a frna soap in the box of mobile then i raised a complain by Flipkart consumer support they provide me a time period of **st of March **** then they exceed the time i.e. *rd of April. *st of April i got a call she said to me that give us * days for the investigation today is *th of April i was not got any call or email from Flipkart. What should i do? I also raise a complain in online consumer forum
