Shiv filed complaint against Amazon.in on Aug 9, 2018
i ordered for ** gb ram ddr* tridentz on **th july **** at a price of ***** inr from amazon.in from the url : https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/b***jb*dr*/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o**_s**?ie=utf*&psc=*
i even confirmed with one of their support agent on live chat that i placed order for **gb ram and not for ** gb and they confirmed it.
the order was delivered at *st august **** and i found out that its a different model number product and is of ** gb instead of ** gb.
i asked amazon support and they said it was a technical glitch causing the price to show wrongly and they can only refund the order amount and can't replace it.
i escalated the issue to amazon support and they said wait till *th august and when i called today they still are saying that they can only refund and not replace and deliver the original product. i have been chasing their support team with multiple calls. now the product price has been increased too.

i ordered for ** gb ram (** x *pcs) with model number f*-****c**d-**gtzr on **/****** but on **/**/**** on delivery i received ** gb ram ( * x * pcs) with model number f*-****c**d-**gtzr.
please escalate and help me resolve this issue and get a replacement instead of refund as i have been harassed for so many days by the headache of chasing amazon.in support which is useless.
