This is in reference to delivery been made for the goods which we have not ordered. Delivery person called on my no. ********** and stated that a parcel with your name has arrived and he delivered to us and collected payment of RS ***/- as it was COD.
The goods which we have received was ordered by some Alpesh Savani vide Purchase order no. ********** vide Invoice no. chmpq******* dated **-**-**** , AWB NO. ***************.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
