Meesho - Package showed delievered agent falsely takes the otp and then not delivering the product and behavi

The valmo logistic partner of meesho brand has taken the otp from me and not deliver the product and while checking ont he meesho app its showing delivered we have talked with representative he admitted that he did not give the product and assuring that he will give the pacakge once found in his bag now neither he is returning the money nor he is providing the pacakage and behaving very rudely and unprofessionally with femala saying TERE SE JO PADA JAYE PAD LE KONI DETA .resolve my complaint otherwise i am going to police for his mis behaving and going to consumer court for unprofessional behaviour and non delivery of my pacakge
