On **th November ****, a Valmo delivery boy came to deliver the parcel. He said that due to some technical problem the status of the parcel is not delivered, you give me the above packet and I will go to the office and deliver it. It has been * days now and the order is showing delivery failed and return to supplier. A part of the item was missing in the product, now how can I return it without it being delivered. When I call him, he does not pick up the phone.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
