Meesho - Return request not raised

I had ordered multiple products from meesho worth rs. ****, out of which two got delivered beforehand and the return and refund was succesful. Rest I received on the same day and I placed a return request for all of them together after keeping only two for myself. But after I opened the app today to check about the status of the pick up request, to my surprise there wasn't any. After contacting and begging meesho customer support to provide an exemption or escalation point of contact was of no help and said the return window is closed. The products are of no use to me because of quality and size issue and I have lost thousands on this. I have never faced such issue with other online apps, they are more considerate. I request to kindly help me get my refund.
