I Have booked flight on feb ** from New Delhi to Salt lake City(Utah) via Paris with a travel date of Mar **, **** and return back on Apr **, **** under the PNR # AMDQ*KFGV. But due to covid I have cancelled my flight prior to the Govt instructions and I got a notification from Goibibo that my cancellation is in process for the amount of RS ***** and they are confirming airline charges with airline. But then suddenly after few days they aborted by cancellation and ask me to book new flight in new available dates. I don't want new booking and kindly help me to get my refund from them.
