I was travelled with my family on Oct *nd ****, Mon (Booking Id : GOBUSIOS**ff*eb*a* & PNR No. *********-*******) seat no. **,**,**,** through N.T. Sachin travels and I must say it was the worst experience for me. following are the worst facilities provided by N.T. Sachin travels.
- [ ] Bus timing to departure from Goa to pune is *pm but bus left the stop @ *pm itself without informing us.
They have not arrange the bus for long time .After * hr the bus they have arranged itself have the infrastructure issue. It have a big hole on last seats where a one whole person can easily fall down directly to the lobby of bus. (We have photo with us)
- [ ] Bus was AC but water was liking throughout the journey in all the seats.
- [ ] The agents was so rude and misbehave with whole of our group including ladies. He warn us that he can get down us on the middle of way. This was ridiculous and not at all acceptable as we have paid so much money in tickets.
- [ ] The seats are not as per the assignment.
- [ ] Driving was so rash.
- [ ] And after all that the drop point was changed we have to get down out of city which leads to delay. also we have to pay extra charges to reach our destination (amount *** INR)
Please refund my full money of amount **** INR.
I recommend don’t use N.T. Sachin travels for any of your journey
