Hi Team, i have booked the car cleaning service from Goetc and made the payment of Rs ****, they told to start the service on **th March but they dint started then they have given date of *st april that also not started after multiple follow up they said service cant start and they will refund the money. but not yet refunded now they are stopped taking calls and not responding on emails, whatsapp and call.
