I purchased godrej slimline almirah on **th jan **** and within * months its door lock stops functioning . I submit service request on **nd june **** and after several requests , Technician called me on *th july , after waiting for whole day he doesn't came and promise to come next day on *th july and again didn't came.
GODREJ sold me defective piece because from first day it was creating problem and there is no after sales support and there technicians just give time and never come
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
