Balvir chand filed complaint against Airtel on Apr 16, 2020
I am using airtel sim. I recharged my sim with * months validity and daily *.*gm data and *** free daily massages. Today i used onle * gb till submitted this report and airtell company telling me that i have used **% data form today *.* gb limit. I have redmi note * pro mobile and my data usege option from google showing me that i have used only * gb data. It mean there is near about *** mb data left from my actual pack but airtel telling me that i have used **% data.so it mean they cheats daily in data usage so please take a actions against airtel and give me my damages i will be very thankful to you for this
