I had purchased MMT Gift Card worth Rs **** from Zingoy in April ****. On **.**.****, I tried to book hotel using GC and I was able to redeem GC. But I cancelled that on the spot and also received mail regarding refund of Rs **** from MMT. It was supposed to be refunded in * working days. But till date, even after * months; amount is not refunded in GC. I came to know abount non-refund; when I tried to do booking on MMT on **.**.****. Despite having Pre-paid GC of Rs ****, I had to pay from my account. Upon contacting MMT Customer Care on **.**.****, they are only asking for time. Even after ** days, my complaint was closed without providing any resolution.
