Swiggy - Garbage delivered in the name of Food

We ordered pizzas and pasta from Little Italy via Swiggy. Its unbelievable to even take a sight of the food that was delivered to me. It was nothing but a trash delivered by Swiggy and when we questioned it, he dropped the box and asked us to raise the concern with swiggy and that they will give a full refund. Trusting that delivery guy, we raised a complaint with swiggy and not to my surprise, they gave a blunt response that they cannot take accountability for this issuse and that they cannot give any refund. If they cannot take ownership, why the hell do they call.themselves delivery partner? For such irresponsible attitude and lathargic response to customers, they should be charged. Someone delivers a trash to customer in the name of food and eventually do not even take any steps to sort the issue. This happens only in India. I seek help from voxya to raise this dispute and i strongly feel swiggy is responsible for refunding the money.
