Agoada - Funds debited booking not confirmed not received refund

I was trying to book Fairfield by Marriott.
Agoda showed the least pricing.
On **st Aug **** / **** India Time,
I transferred Rs. **** from my Canara Bank account no. ************* using **********@paytm, which was transferred to Agoda UPI Id ********@paytm (Oid*********@AgodaCompanyPTELTD.
Neither the booking was confirmed, nor the money has been refunded till **th Nov.
I spoke to customer service executive from my mobile number ********** who was not co-operative at all.
I need my full refund and also compensation for the mental harassment I am going through last ** days.
