This is regarding my international ticket booked through Yatra for travel in Aug ****. This was for Europe trip. Although Emirates has agreed to allow FULL refund as per their terms, I have been chasing Yatra in vain. First they dont have a contact number, after multiple chasers on twitter and email, finally they cancelled ticket on ** June **, and lied to me that they have applied for FULL refund on ** June **. When I called Emirates India to verify, they said the ticket is in open status and Yatra hasnt applied for FULL refund. Then I have been again chasing Yatra to cancel. They lied to me. They dont update. They dont respond properly. I think their intention is malafide. They must be wanting to usurp money of customers and using this pandemic has means to gain given the weak judiciary system in India and fact that no ones cares for common people . Pls help me. I can attach all the email communications with Yatra as proof of their malafide intentions
