Makemytrip - Full refund not done

The flight got cancelled by the airline Spice jet but as soon as the ticket was bought through MakeMyTrip agent I had to raise a refund request through agent which I did as soon as I learnt that the flight cancelled. In * weeks I received half refund as airline deducted the cancellation fee suddenly. I raise a complaint about this in MakeMyTrip and they asked me to wait for * days for the solution, in * days I called them, they said the claim got rejected by the airline as MakeMyTrip assistant made the claim with mistakes. So they made another claim on *-th may and said I have to wait for **-** days for the refund. ** days already passed. I called them, they said their supervisor still didn’t approve the claim cause they have reduced stuff and I have to wait for another **-** days. From my canceled flight * month already passed. I called airline, they said they made the full refund on **-th April as soon as I called them and asked for the full refund.
