Apoorv Toppo filed complaint against Yatra on Dec 21, 2022
I booked a to-and-for ticket on Yatra on **th September ****. However, due to flight cancelation by Indigo for the onward journey, I was offered their Plan B option to seek refund for the entire amount. This refund amount is INR ****/-. (Proof attached)
However, Yatra is only offering INR ****.** as refund amount. Bogus hidden charges are being deducted which were not explicitly mentioned while making the booking on Yatra.
Furthermore, Yatra hasn't initiated the refund process as of **st Dec, while the request was registered on **th Dec.
My demands:
*) Refund the entire INR **** in my back account that was used for original transaction.
*) Complete the refund process within a week.
