I had booked a flight using the PayTm platform for my travels which had been delayed by indigo and the next available option did not suit my travel plans, so I requested indigo for a cancellation which indigo refunded to my Paytm account without any charges.
Paytm on the other hand only refunded the seat booking charges and refuses to refund the complete amount even after persistent efforts to get in touch with their agents which always end in our agent will get in touch with you and have also officially claimed that that is the only amount they have to refund me. It’s been more than * weeks since I’ve been attempting to get in touch with Paytm but they’ve made it impossible to reach their service agents and have placed only bots throughout their chat. I’ve been harassed by this company and it’s terrible service causing me mental distress, inability to lead a dignified life for having to beg for my rightful money back, and a gross disregard for corporate and consumer specific laws for holding onto my money for soo long
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
