We have placed an order on Zomato for breakfast. Order ID: **********. The order valued at Rs. ***.**/-. The order was for Idli's and Dosa.
We have made payment on line through online. The order was delivered to us, and when we opened the pack, we found that there was no Chuteny. Immediately we raised a complaint to Zomato, and asked them to either supply chuteny, Replace the order, or return back opur Money. Zomato only returned back Rs.**/-. we again requested them either to return full amount, or replace the order, to which they flatly refused, and said that we cannot refund the full amount, and also cannot replace the order.
How a person can eat dosa's and idli's without Chuteny.
We even conveyed them we will be approching consumer forum, to which they said you are free to take any action
