Kartik Suresh Huvannavar filed complaint against Vodafone India on Sep 30, 2017
On **th September, **** I recharged with ₹*** to get Internet service of *GB *G/*G data with a validity period of one month from Vodafone India.But on **th September,**** after using *** MB of data , I got a message from Vodafone India saying that I already consumed my **% of data balance and left with remaining ***MB of data. Today on **th September after when I consumed *GB of data , Vodafone India messaged me as I have exhausted my complete data pack, where as I still should have had my remaining *GB of data as per the initial plan. When I discussed the same thing with Vodafone help care representative , he refused to accept my concern and replied like Vodafone India offers no such plans. Now as a Vodafone customer I feel bad about Vodafones services to the customer group. Pls help me sort this issue and pls make Vodafone India pay for my losses. I have attached the screenshot of Vodafone India messages in attachment.
