For * month, I am facing frequent disconnection problems. Every time I call customer care, they tell me that there is some fiber cut in the area. On most days, the speed is extremely low.
Even after making numerous calls, opening support tickets, my problem is still not resolved.
Moreover, the behavior of Excitel regional partner (OSGT) that is responsible for connection in our area, is abusive.
