I have been a customer of Airtel since past * years. I am forced to use Airtel's network services as they are the only provider in my area. They are not ready to fix the wires underground. There are frequent drops in network and when they are contacted they just send an engineer over who just looks around and reboots the router and goes away but that doesn't fix the problem. They don't provide a speed higher then **mbps and they cannot even give a stable connection. Why should I even pay for such a service?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
