Airtel - Frequent deduction from Airtel Fastag Wallet

I opened the Airtel Fastag Wallet approx * years back but Air-tel officials has converted my fastag wallet into Airtel saving account without my consent and started deducting as AMC/Misc charges to maintain the account. Some deduction, except SMS charges for ** months (Nov **** to Oct ****) are as under:
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as annual subscription Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as account maintenance Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as annual subscription Charge
(*) On **.**.**** - Rs. **.**/- as annual subscription Charge
(**) On **.**.**** - Rs.**.**/- as account maintenance Charge
Apart from this two time security deposit (*** + ***) also deducted from my wallet. At the Wallet opening time there were no AMC/misc charges applicable But Airtel fist converted my wallet to saving than start deducting AMC & other charges without customer intimation/permission.
