Vinay Acharya filed complaint against Freecharge on Jul 14, 2018
I made a payment to "FYND" through Freecharge, which failed at FYND, they have provided refund code, but Freecharge customer care is not understanding. (the transaction gateway is Razorpay), can you please help me get refund.

There are several tickets raised and mails forwarded to Freecharge and also mails sent to Razorpay, both are denying the fact that refund has to be made by them and keep asking me to go back to fynd.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
