This is not once or twice incident , the policy of free food is very fraudulent. The app shows several free food based on the total billable amount. And after we select the freebie and proceed for payment the app automatically selects the least costing freebie from the list. Even if if selects the same the freebie never arrives with the order. We do not have any way to complaint against this in the app and customer service in the app is bot based which is absolutely useless.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
