I am still awaiting a reply from Paytm so filing a complain with you.This is regading a fraudulent transaction from one of associates from PAYTM office.
I received a call today stating the person is calling from Paytm and was told to complete the transaction of Re* during the call itself to activate my Paytm account. However as soon as I completed the Re* transaction, suddenly I saw another message of Rs **** getting deducted from my Account.towards Paytm and was shocked to see that as I did not initiate this transaction.
I would request you to please take strict action against this fraudulent transaction, and get this reversed to my bank account asap.
