Urban Clap - Fraudulent Service

Urban clap assigned the engineer, Mr Mohammed Gouse, to service my Airconditioner which stopped working suddenly with smoke on ** Sep ****. He said the problem is with Stabiliser and he wants to check the warranty and took the stabiliser along with him. After * days he said he serviced it and changed a circuit board in stabiliser which costs me Rs.***. He did not take my concurrence to change the board in first hand. I allowed him to fix it and done with it anyway and paid him Rs.**** including service charge. Surprisingly he wrote the circuit board has only one month warranty. Who is on earth change a spare part which cost almost **% of the value of the product. A new stabiliser costs only Rs.****.
Exactly after a month, the stabiliser stopped working and I approached urbanclap for it. There was no way that you can contact the call centre, only they have to call you at their convenient time. By the time due to an emergency, I replaced the stabiliser on my own and shocked to see the old stabiliser serviced by Urbanclap was not seal broken, how on earth somebody can replace the circuit board without even opening it.
I was clearly cheated in this case. I took this case to urban clap and they connected the engineer over the phone. he was very adamant on his skill that without opening the box he can change circuit board in the stabiliser.
Finally, Urban clap offered to refund **% of the cost which is Rs. ***, but I denied to admit that because it was very clear that the engineer looted Rs.*** from me and i wanted that money back.
