Complaint description :
I was in Rajasthan tour from **/**/** to **/**/** with make my trip holiday package NL***********. On **/**/** at Jaipur we had a booking at Hotel Natraj arranged by make my trip only but when we reached at hotel, hotel was denied us to enter and told that the booking was not confirmed. Then after a long discussion with makemytrip representative Sanchita Agrawal, and after receiving the confirmation email from her, I've paid INR **** to the hotel by my own as makemytrip promised to refund the same to me. I've not received the refund still. Several times I've called their customer service, emailed their customer service as well with the package Id but every time either they told me that they will arrange a call back within ** hours or just not responding to my emails but its been almost * months now and I've not received a single positive communication from them.
