This is to inform you that I have purchased a Gold AMC Plan from Eureka Forbes on **th Nov **** in Hyderabad.
I have raised a Service Request CM-******-******** on *th Dec **** due to negligible/no water being supplied by my Aquaguard Reviva RO Water Purifier.
Ever since I am tired of following up with Eureka Forbes customer-care via Email on customercare@eurekaforbes.com, Call on *********** / ********** and WhatsApp on - ********** , BUT met with NO success.
In every conversation I am falsely promised by their team that my issue will be resolved within **hrs, and like that more than * days i.e, more than *** hrs has past without any resolution.
I am living in despair and anxiety because of the drinking water issue at my home with no resolution in sight. Due to this issue my daily routine, office work, mental peace is getting affected.
Below are the details of the Service Request CM-******-********
Work order number is WO-******-******** and task number is Task No-*******-****-**-**.
Till date my issue is unresolved. I need my money back and compensation for mental and physical harassment.
